Quantum Leap Foundation was founded in 2016 by Tai Liz Nembaware with the intention of sharing motivations with women on social media. In July 2021, it became officially registered with the Companies House following an increase in the number of women who were experiencing domestic violence in the Sandwell community during Covid-19. The main aim is to empower women through therapeutic interventions and help them overcome the emotional, physical and mental trauma they may have experienced, help them rebuild their lives and acquire new skills. In 2023, the organisation  became registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and saw the formation of The Eagle’ Aerie Project aimed at supporting young people to help them keep off the streets, amplify their skills and talents and overcome early life adversities. In November 2023 QLF attained registered charitable status (1205886).
